If you place your order before 9 am, it will arrive the following day. If you place your order after 9 am, it will arrive in 48hrs.
Deliveries are free of charge in orders above 100 euros.
*Shipping times may increase in sale periods.

Europe
Depending on the country of destination, the delivery period is 2 to 5 days. Deliveries are free of charge in orders above 150 euros to continental spain and 200 euros rest of europe
If applied, customs office expenses will be assumed by the customer.
Please note that we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Returns
If needed, is it possible to return my order?  
Of course it is possible to return your order! Requests for returns must be made within 15 natural days after the reception of the shipment. For further information please , check out our returns page

Exchanges
Kindly note that we do not currently offer exchanges. We hear you and are working to have exchanges available in the near future! In the    meantime, simply send your return back for a refund and re-order as you wish.
